Your computer is infected with malware. First make sure you have an up to date anti-virus program installed. If that doesn't solve the problem, try some anti-spyware programs. Some are free, like Spybot, and others, like Spyware Doctor, make you register and pay before you can use them. If nothing works, you can fix your computer by reinstalling the operating system. That will wipe your computer's hard drive clean, so make sure you back up all your files first. Also, you'll have to download all your drivers again since your computer's hard drive will literally be a blank slate. In the mean time, you can beat it by clicking on the cached version of the page you're trying to visit. Most malware programs redirect you from Google if you directly click the link, but if you click the word "cache" by the link it will take you to a cached version of the page and the redirector won't stop you. Then you can click "current page" at the top of the screen to see the actual current page.

I am not sure what problem you are having really. If your search for something as simple as youtube and click on the first search result does it give you the same problem ?
try installing a different browser such as opera or google chome and try searching again.
